Where do the mobile sessions take place?
I bring the full gym setup directly to your home, driveway, or business. You don’t need anything — I handle setup and breakdown.
What do I need for online training?
Just a phone and a little space! I’ll tailor your program to what you have — bands, dumbbells, or just bodyweight. Everything is guided inside the ARO's Fitness app.
Can I train with a friend or spouse?
Absolutely, all 1-1 in for the entire household. Pod Sessions are great for small groups (2–6 people) and are more cost-effective. We train together in your driveway.
What happens if it rains during mobile training?
No worries — you’ll get access to a home workout via the app, or we’ll reschedule. Your progress won’t skip a beat.
Do I need to be “in shape” to start?
Not at all. I work with beginners, post-injury clients, and athletes. Every program is built around your starting point and goals.
